Return Window

Returns are accepted strictly within 24 hours of delivery. If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within this time frame with your order details. Requests raised beyond 24 hours will unfortunately not be eligible for return.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Packed securely with all original tags and labels intact
  • Returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered
  • Products that are used, damaged, or returned without proper packaging will not be eligible for approval.

Exchange Policy

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
